Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the content correct and the app working, but we cannot promise that they are always free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on our practice content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not take away any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong, please write to us first and we will try to put it right. If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to a consumer body or a court where you live.
